• Milk gets hold in holding tube so as to kill harmful bacteria and is brought back to 4 degree celsius

Product Description:

The machine is sturdy and compact in design and simple in operation. It consists of one horizontal blades frame and guided by bushes and connected to pneumatic cylinder for up and down operation.

Another horizontal Servo Cylinder attached to index Paneer Accurately.

All blades and structural frame are of S.S.304 and all blades are Teflon coated.

There are Three Different Zone are provided in which :First Zone contain Pneumatic cylinder with UHMW pusher fitted. This cylinder is working for shaving the Paneer block in Height.

The second zone contain Servo pneumatically operated Cylinder with pusher with respect to Blade Mounting This cylinder is servo base and operated by PLC control and moves with respect to steps sizes as per feed in PLC and as per the size of Paneer Cubes.
